DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility during events. Your responsibilities will include emptying trash bins, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring restrooms are kept in pristine condition. Additionally, you will assist with the setup and dismantling of tables, chairs, stages, and livestock panels, as well as cleaning the arena seats to provide a welcoming environment for all attendees. This role encompasses general custodial duties and maintenance tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of events. Your efforts will contribute significantly to keeping the Farm Show tidy and enjoyable for both guests and exhibitors. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly.
+ Free on-site parking
+ Work hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, (shift differential is $1.25 an hour), Thursday - Monday, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ This position may require overtime as needed.
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,262.00 (before taxes).
