Job Description
Temporary Program Support Specialist - Temporary Office Pool - Dean LSOE
We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support the day-to-day operations of continuing education, professional development, or similar programs. The successful candidate will be vital in monitoring enrollment, managing logistics, and communicating with internal and external partners.
Graduate assistant support will be available to assist with tasks throughout the duration of the position.
Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
+ Experience supporting existing program processes and tracking enrollment trends
+ Strong organizational skills to manage daily logistics and administrative tasks
+ Excellent communication skills for liaising with partners and stakeholders
+ Above-average proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) for managing data and operations
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
