Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Cook:

+ Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and quality expectations.

+ Demonstrate proficient knife skills, including proper cutting, slicing, dicing, and trimming techniques.

+ Set up, operate, and maintain an action-station saute line during service periods.

+ Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and displayed attractively for guests.

+ Follow all ServSafe and company food-safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health and safety standards.

+ Assist with inventory, prep work, and replenishment of ingredients as needed.

+ Work collaboratively with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations.

+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures and uphold a positive, professional work environment.

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred.

+ Strong knife skills and understanding of basic culinary techniques.

+ Ability to accurately read, follow, and scale recipes.

+ Proficiency in saute cooking, including timing, heat control, and ingredient handling.

+ ServSafe certification or strong working knowledge of food-safety principles.

+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards during peak service.

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

+ Background Check Required
