    Position Summary

    The Ag Services and Oilseeds FP&A Manager partners with the Commercial, Operations, the respective Finance Director and Corporate service functions to establish and execute on short, medium and long term strategic financial plans of the company and its alignment with the global corporate strategy. This includes the annual strategic business plan, financial planning cycle, monthly financial forecasting, and tracking of key initiatives, and/or analytical support of financial results. This position coordinates with the Corporate FP&A group and the Centers of Excellence to align reporting across the company. This position also coordinates with the Finance Director of the business to support projects and key financial analysis.

     

    The candidate will be hands on supporting the respective business in accomplishing their strategic financial and business objectives. This position will be responsible for coordinating planning/forecasting and tracking business objectives by providing business intelligence and insightful information to monitor financial strategy. Key success factors for this role include teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to quickly adapt to changing business and project needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner across the finance organization with a focus on driving actions that improve the business performance

    + Coordinate and assist with the annual business plan including operating, capital and financial components

    + Coordinate with the development and reporting of the business financial forecast

    + Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior and vs. plan

    + Establish performance tracking process and KPI’s for business

    + Partner with the business to support, educate, and track return metrics

    + Prepare external and internal presentations for business as needed

    + Benchmark company’s financial and operating results against industry performance

    + Lead special projects to carry out corporate and business unit initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master’s degree is a plus.

    + Minimum of 12 years in financial role, business development, or accounting role

    + Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneously

    + Strong ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team

    + Independent, inquisitive and a self-starter

    + Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Power Point and Excel)

    + Understanding of business intelligence tools

    Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

     

    If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

    :

     

    $121,900.00 - $200,100.00

    Salaried Incentive Plan:

    The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
