About** **the** **Role:
AsaCBREDataCenterManager,youwillmanagetheteamresponsibleforprovidingpreventativemaintenanceand repair services to a data center in Kenilworth.
ThisjobispartoftheCriticalandTechnicalServicesjobfunction.Theyareresponsiblefor technicalmaintenance services in critical client environments.
What** **You’ll** **Do:
• Provideformalsupervisiontoemployees.Monitorthetraininganddevelopmentofstaff.Conductperformance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure (UPS, Chillers, HVAC, generators, etc.).
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Monitor capacity planning and support infrastructure scaling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and reporting.
• Coordinateandmanagetheteam'sdailyactivities.Establishworkschedules,assigntasks,andcross-trainstaff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• ManagetherelationshipwiththeclientwhileworkingwithotherstakeholderstomeetallMSArequirements.
• Responsibleforensuringthecompletionofconfigurationmanagement,workorders,preventativemaintenance, and repairs within the agreed SLA timeframe.
• ResolveunforeseencircumstancesthatoccurandinformtheclientorSr.managementwhenneeded.
• VerifyfacilityinfrastructureequipmentinstallationsarewithintheagreedSLAtimeframe.
• OverseeInformationTechnologyequipmentpowerinstallations,relocationanddecommissionrequests.
• Checkdailyroutinecleanupofthedatahallsandreviewfindings.
• Confirmalldeploymentsareinstalledtoapplicableinternal,manufacturer,andindustrystandards.
• Ensurethatallrecordsareupdatedfollowinganychangesmade.Ensurethatdocumentation isalsokeptup to date for all applicable processes.
• PrepareMethodStatementsandRiskAssessmentsandpresentstoSr.management.
• LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.Influencepartiesofshared interests to reach an agreement.
• Applyknowledgeofowndisciplineandhowowndisciplineintegrateswithotherstoachieveteamand departmental objectives.
• Identify,troubleshoot,andresolveday-to-dayandmoderately complexissueswhichmayormaynotbeevident in existing systems and processes.
What** **You’ll** **Need:
• Bachelor'sDegreepreferredwith3-5yearsofrelevantexperience.Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will be considered.
• Experienceintheareasofstaffing,selection,training,development,coaching,mentoring,measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Abilitytoguidetheexchangeofsensitive,complicated,anddifficultinformation,conveyperformance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadershipskillstomotivateteamimpactonquality,efficiency,andeffectivenessofthejobdisciplineanddepartment
• In-depthknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook,etc.
• Extensiveorganizationalskillswithastronginquisitivemindset.

The minimum salary for the Data Center Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary of $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
