    What You'll Be Doing

    + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the yard labor and cleaning crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance.

    + Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to improve workflow efficiency, reduce downtime, and support ongoing maintenance projects.

    + Manage and oversee contractor labor crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and quality expectations.

    + Order and maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies, PPE, and rental equipment based on plant operational needs and schedules.

    + Mentor, train, and support new employees to build a skilled, safety-conscious, and high-performing team.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development

    + Proven ability to manage production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment

    + Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes

    + Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and monitoring

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires walking, standing, climbing, and occasional lifting.
