    Description

    Summary:

    The Storeroom Solutions Specialist leads in the strategy, execution and completion of storeroom activities inside a customer location and facilitates this execution in the Post Falls served area.

     

    Reports to: Profit Center Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Clean driving record

    + Able and willing to drive a delivery van in a 2 hour radius of Post Falls

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proven history in customer service

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skillss

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3 Years of Storeroom experience

    + Able to build rapport with customers

    + Able to identify standard MRO material

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

    + Task oriented with strong organizational skills

    + Strong Vendor Relationship management

    + Sales problem resolution.

    + Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent

    Working Conditions:

    + Office environment as well as warehouse environment (concrete floors) and outdoor conditions (on asphalt, gravel, or grass) including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

    + Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.

    + The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

    + Some travel required

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities: No

    Essential Job Functions:

    30% Performing Asset Management Solution functions at existing accounts - Primarily Idaho based (% of time dedicated to this function will increase as more accounts are added)

     

    30% Delivering material to customers

     

    20% Warehouse work - stock put away, receiving, creating ship confirmations to prepare orders for delivery

     

    10% Developing implementation plans, Leading implementation of new storerooms, and Onboarding new AMS customers (% of time dedicated to this will decrease after new account goals are reached)

     

    10% Backfilling VMI route during other Storeroom Specialist absences
