    Duration: 6 months (possibly longer)

     

    Pay Rate: $20-27/hr W2

    Summary:

    Works within the Controls area to assemble products per specs, drawings and work instructions.

    Position Duties

    + Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

    + Works assembling connectors per Blue prints and verifying process.

    + Setup and run wire marking machines per blue prints and verify quality

    + Positions parts to be assembled by following blue prints and Standard Work Instructions.

    + Works at station as member of assembly group assembling one or more specific parts to meet production requirements.

    + Positions parts in specific opening and screws or bolts them in place.

    + Solders/Welds parts by following schematic, blueprint, and Standard Work Instructions to assemble final unit.

    + Verifies correct assembly of final unit.

    + Ability to test unit with related test fixture.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Supports any other areas as/if required.

    Qualifications/Experience

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing / Assembly role.

    + Soldering/Welding.

    + High School diploma or GED.

    + Must be able to read blue prints and/or schematic reading.

    + Finger dexterity.

    + Hand-eye coordination.

    + Ability to verify function of unit per final blueprint

    + Effective communication skills in English with the ability to read, speak, and understand English.
