Our client, a government agency supporting statewide digital infrastructure, is seeking a UI UX Designer to join their team. As a UI UX Designer, you will be part of the Digital Development Department supporting the statewide voter registration system project. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating accessible and user-friendly digital experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Design, develop, and maintain the UI/UX for the Wisconsin statewide voter registration system, WisVote, utilizing .NET Core framework.
+ Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
+ Conduct user research, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and analyze findings to inform design decisions.
+ Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.
+ Collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other team members to articulate design choices and ensure project success.
What's Needed?
+ At least 3 years of experience creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
+ Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly interface text.
+ Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
+ Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, especially WCAG standards, is a plus.
+ Familiarity with ASP.NET Core frameworks, third-party UI libraries like Telerik UI, and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
