**Our client, a global human resources technology organization, is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Project Manager to join their team.** As a Workday Advanced Compensation Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting global compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
TX, Houston - Hybrid (Monday to Wednesday in-office, Thursday and Friday remote)
What’s the Job?
+ Lead all aspects of Workday Advanced Compensation implementation projects to deliver approved business functionality.
+ Define and execute project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed schedules and plans.
+ Manage change requests, risk and issue resolution, and project status reporting.
+ Oversee project budgets, vendor management, and resource allocation.
What’s Needed?
(Max of 5 key requirements)
+ 7–10 years of project management experience.
+ Deep knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation and global implementation experience.
+ Experience implementing compensation for merit and bonus processes across multiple countries (~15).
+ Ability to coordinate across cultures and establish localized compensation statements (~5 languages).
+ Strong communication skills, including delivering presentations to stakeholders.
