    Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy

    Position Profile

    The **Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy** is responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with business objectives for campaigns and go-to-market initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and company culture. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who embraces innovation and ensures best-practice marketing principles are embedded in campaign design. This position will play a critical role in shaping strategy and managing both digital and non-digital campaigns to drive sales pipeline, support retention, and increase revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, integrated campaign plans, and audience-specific content strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue.

    + Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using a mix of tactics, including multi-channel digital programs, content marketing, web updates, account-based marketing, social media, events, advertising, and direct mail.

    + Ensure consistent, benefit-focused messaging across all marketing deliverables to address customer needs and opportunities.

    + Utilize marketing automation tools to set up and optimize multi-step campaigns; experience with CRM systems is essential.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new programs with marketing strategy, sales objectives, partnerships, and value propositions.

    + Manage timely campaign delivery and execution, monitoring performance and implementing course corrections as needed.

    + Provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

    + Maintain a strong understanding of the buyer journey to inform campaign design and execution.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in campaign management or a deep understanding of the production printing industry.

    + Proven success in creating and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive demand.

    + Experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events, and content creation.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    + Exceptional B2B writing and presentation skills (including PowerPoint).

    + Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, metrics, and analytics for campaign optimization.

    + Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills.

    + Knowledge of messaging methodologies and ability to stay current with marketing and technology trends.

    + Critical thinking, project management, and time management skills.

    Working Conditions

    + Minimal physical effort required; occasional lifting of objects under 10 lbs.

    + Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.

    + Remote work options may be available for qualified candidates.

    + Work assignments are highly diversified; frequent deadlines may require adaptability and resilience.
