Job Title: Patient Recruitment SpecialistJob Description
As a Patient Recruitment Specialist, you will support clinical research coordinators by facilitating the recruitment process. Your role will involve performing both inbound and outbound calls, completing screening checklists, determining patient eligibility, and scheduling appointments. This position requires high-volume calling and patient interaction over the phone, rather than in-person meetings. Accurate documentation of patient information and scheduling details in the CTMS system is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Assist clinical research coordinators in the patient recruitment process.
+ Perform inbound and outbound calls to potential participants.
+ Complete screening checklists to determine patient eligibility.
+ Schedule appointments for eligible participants.
+ Document patient information and scheduling details in the CTMS system.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in recruitment.
+ Proficiency in medical terminology.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Familiarity with clinical research and clinical trials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in clinical research or a fast-track program is a plus.
+ Understanding of clinical protocols is advantageous.
+ Patient or customer experience is preferred.
Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Troy, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
