Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description
The project architect will work closely with principals to lead project teams from concept through construction. This role involves engaging with clients and guiding the design process, mainly focusing on academic projects with some cultural projects as well. The position encourages participation in design dialogues, contributing to the firm's creative culture.
Responsibilities
+ Lead design and documentation for multiple projects.
+ Mentor and support junior team members.
+ Manage consultant coordination and project schedules.
+ Oversee construction administration and technical detailing.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ 3D modeling/rendering experience with Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape.
+ Registered architect with a professional degree.
+ Exceptional design, technical, and communication skills.
+ Experience interfacing with consultant partners.

+ Strong critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to carry out design concepts to realization.
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented team player.
Work Environment
The work environment embraces an open space concept with a studio vibe, characterized by music playing and a disco ball. The atmosphere is very open and collaborative, promoting direct communication. Employees sit in an open studio with founders and principals. The office operates five days a week with no laptops taken home. Flexible start and end times range between 8-9 AM and 5-6 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
