    Job Title: EHS Advisory Services Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisory Services Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of embedded engagements. This role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and lead a portfolio of EHS Advisory Services embedded engagements.

    + Maintain a client-first perspective while overseeing multiple projects.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients.

    + Provide technical support for each account and ensure effective communication.

    + Conduct quality site visits to monitor compliance and performance.

    + Manage, mentor, and develop a team of EHS professionals.

    Qualifications

    + 3–5+ years of experience in the environmental field.

    + Experience in Life Sciences, Higher Education, Manufacturing, or EHS Consulting.

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.

    + Strong technical background to influence services and client outcomes.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Additional Details

    + Office located in Somerville, MA.

    + Travel required to client sites within approximately 10 miles of Cambridge, MA.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerville, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
