Description
We are hiring a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer with experience in Safety Processes. 50% - VPI program support for Atlas Battery Program. - Manufacturing cell design reviews. - Identify HS concerns for manufacturability through the VPI program- Product design review - Chemical component review and analysis - Risk Identification and Assessment - Process Hazard Assessment (PHA) - Generating recommended actions. - Limited travel requirements regionally. o Ohio o Michigan 50% - Global Accelera HSE Support - Policy review support - PHA for manufacturing sites globally - Program stewardship ANVL LOTO - Transfer of information to support New Business Startup battery line in foreign market. - Assist in the identification and creation Engineering design standards in relation to batteries. Key Responsibilities Actively demonstrates safety awareness and promotes a positive health, safety and environmental culture. Ensures employees are consulted and given the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures. Works cross-functionally, providing technical expertise, to improve hazard prevention and rick control measures, non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, driving continual improvement within the site(s).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
