    Senior Project Manager – Public Works & InfrastructureAbout the Role

     

    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of public works projects, including roads, utility systems, and critical infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage multi-million-dollar projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.     What You’ll Do

    + Lead Projects: Manage public works projects from pre-bid through closeout.

    + Collaborate: Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.

    + Control Costs & Risks: Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.

    + Ensure Compliance: Oversee permitting and environmental standards at local, state, and federal levels.

    + Administer Contracts: Handle change orders, procurement, and contract administration.

    + Mentor Teams: Support and guide project engineers, superintendents, and field staff.

    + Promote Safety & Quality: Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement on all job sites.

    + Represent the Company: Attend public meetings, bid presentations, and community engagement events.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience:

    + 8+ years managing public works or heavy civil construction projects.

    + Proven success delivering multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.

    + Knowledge:

    + Federal procurement, public agency contracting, prevailing wage requirements, and permitting processes.

    + Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field strongly encouraged.

    + Leadership:

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgefield, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
