    We currently have an opportunity for a **Client Service Associate** to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team in our **McLean, VA** office.

     

    The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisor’s to ensure our clients experience outstanding service. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Maintain insurance licenses and manage carrier appointments for brokers in the McLean office

    + Assist in preparing client reviews for the investment side of the business, including:

    + Gathering reporting information and composing internal Excel review

    + Email client to obtain updated information

    + Provide Advisor with notes from prior meeting

    + Assist advisor and department manager with quotes, applications and execution of life, disability, and long-term care policies

    + On New Business:

    + Obtain quotes

    + Provide client with application paperwork

    + Submit application

    + Set up exam (if necessary)

    + Track through underwriting

    + Issue policy, premium and any delivery requirements

    + Advise Planning Team to add to Wealth Vision site

    + Add to internal client review

    + For Existing Business:

    + Handle billing reminders

    + Execute policy changes (address, beneficiary, owner, terms, premiums, etc.)

    + Maintain current records of corporate policies

    Qualifications:

    + Background in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred but not required)

    + Exceptional customer service experience

    + Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

    + Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business

    + Strong attention to detail

    _The expected salary range for this position is_** **_$30.77 to $41.03 hourly_** **_and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions._
