    Job Title: Process Operator

    Job Description

    As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and dispatched promptly. This involves various warehouse tasks, general plant cleaning. While this role primarily involves material handling, there are opportunities for cross-training in mixing materials to create the finished product.

    Responsibilities

    + Take direction from the shift manager to fill orders, which includes filling totes or drums and staging them at the dock.

    + Load trucks upon their arrival and ensure all shipping paperwork is completed accurately, including process conditions, test results, and instrument readings.

    + Engage in general cleaning duties such as washing hoses, cleaning drums, and maintaining the warehouse's tidiness.

    + Use electronic pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts to move and stage finished totes or palletized drums.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with sit-down forklifts, with at least six months of experience.

    + Strong customer focus and attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling and item handling.

    + Ability and willingness to work outdoors as needed

    + Proficiency in taking direct feedback on work performance and processes.

    + Ability to shave facial hair to fit into a respirator as needed.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mixing or blending experience is a plus.
