    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will manage the safe manufacturing of metal E Rings. This role involves utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges, and safely operating all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture metal E-Rings according to documentation and procedures.

    + Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts.

    + Read and interpret work instructions.

    + Communicate with others regarding work order status and completion of work.

    + Perform assembly and inspection of products.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a Machine Operator and Assembler.

    + Ability to perform inspections.

    + Mechanically inclined with supervisory experience.

    + Proficient in computer skills.

    + Ability to read and write English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Ability to lift 25 pounds.

    + Team player.

    + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    E Ring Associates work collaboratively with Manufacturing Leads and Support. The role demands frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to operate machines and computers. Employees must have specific vision abilities, regular attendance, and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally. Work hours include first, second, and third shifts with potential for overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
