    Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment. You will be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and setup of machinery to support our production processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assemblies.

    + Demonstrate strong experience in pneumatics.

    + Run, adjust, and maintain equipment during production.

    + Set up machines and handle format changes.

    + Perform routine maintenance, including belts, bearings, and lubrication of machines.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments.

    + Work with pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

    + Adjust regulators and valves.

    + Replace pneumatic components such as cylinders, fittings, and solenoid valves.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assemblies.

    + Strong experience in pneumatics.

    + Ability to run, adjust, and maintain production equipment.

    + Skill in machine setup and format changes.

    + Experience with mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Knowledge of pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

    + Competence in adjusting regulators and valves.

    + Experience with Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CE standards.

    + Familiarity with solenoid valves.

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
