Painter – Modular Home Manufacturing

Pay: $25-37/hour

About the Role

We design and manufacture pre-fabricated homes for **multi-family living, assisted living, and hospitality developments** in a cutting-edge production facility. As a **Painter** , you’ll play a key role in bringing these homes to life with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

+ **Apply paint finishes** using brushes, rollers, and sprayers on interior walls and surfaces

+ **Prepare and protect surfaces** through masking, sanding, and priming

+ **Perform touch-ups and finishing work** to ensure flawless results

+ **Install kitchen and bath cabinetry, doors, and countertops** as part of the finishing process

+ **Operate hand and power tools** safely and effectively

+ **Work with speed and accuracy** while maintaining high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For

+ **5+ years of painting experience** in residential or commercial new builds

+ **Leadership experience** as a Lead Painter or Foreman

+ **Expertise in prep, application, and finishing techniques** (brushes, rollers, sprayers)

+ **Strong teamwork and communication skills** to collaborate and lead effectively

+ **Journeyman Painter experience** (5–10+ years preferred)

+ Knowledge of **multi-family construction practices** and familiarity with **building codes**

Work Schedule

+ **First Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm (optional Friday)

+ **Second Shift:** 4:00 pm – 2:00 am with $2/hr pay differential

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
