• Warehouse Replenish Operator 1st Shift

    We are currently hiring an Replenish Reach Truck Operator for the first shift, Inventory Dept., at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $21.750/hour. The hours for 1st shift are Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30 p.m., with opportunities for overtime.

    Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.     This position is responsible for the replenishment of various products previously unloaded and staged by other team members. This position moves product to various locations, using an RF mobile device and scanner while operating material handling equipment.  2025

    Responsibilities

    + Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment

    + Performs replenishment functions adhering to preferred methods

    + Inspects products for damage prior to replenishment to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods to different locations

    + Ensures pallet is sturdy and safe for storage

    + Performs general housekeeping in warehouse

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    + Ability to communicate in English

    + Ability to drive a forklift (Reach Truck) efficiently

    + Ability to Pick & Replenish 7.5 units per hour

    + Proficient with quality assurance checks

    + Working knowledge of RF Scanners / System

    + Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. frequently

    + Experience with inventory control in the last 2 years – strongly preferred
