    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    As an HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, performing corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.

    Responsibilities

    + Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.

    + Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.

    + Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns, including cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC components.

    + Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.

    + Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.

    + Read schematics and technical manuals.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    + Perform start-ups, preventative maintenance, warranty items, and repairs.

    + Maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and work with indoor and outdoor units.

    Essential Skills

    + HVAC troubleshooting and installation experience.

    + Ability to perform air balance and mechanical tasks.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.

    + Experience with service, installation, and field service.

    + EPA certification.

    + Knowledge of air conditioning, preventive maintenance, HVAC systems, duct work, and electrical repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 7-10 years of experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician.

    + CFC Certification Required.

    + Experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers is necessary.

    Work Environment

     

    The position requires technicians strategically placed in New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Wilkes-Barre. The typical workweek is Monday to Friday with a 7 AM start time, with some weekend work and overtime. You will work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge HVAC technology, providing technical products and services in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Our company has been a leader in specialty commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and services since 2003.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
