    Description

    We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver advanced IT support and resolve escalated technical issues.

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, and network connectivity.

    + Support industry specific equipment.

    + Manage and resolve service tickets with a customer-centric approach.

    + Configure devices, perform workstation setups, and maintain accurate documentation.

    + Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 7–10 years in IT support, systems, or infrastructure (mid–senior level).

    + Ability to travel to multiple locations and provide on-site troubleshooting.

    + High technical proficiency across Windows, endpoints, Active Directory, and enterprise tools.

    + Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure (certifications preferred).

    + Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

    + Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
