Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (no nights, weekends or holidays!)

Pay Rate: $30.65 - $38.84 per hour (based on experience) + $3,000 retention bonus

The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services that support communication, feeding, and overall quality of life for the people we serve. This role focuses on person-centered planning, clinical assessment, treatment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to help individuals achieve their meaningful goals!

What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct screenings, evaluations, and clinical assessments, related to communication, feeding/swallowing, oral-motor skills.

+ Develop person-centered, functional goals for IEPs/ITPs and provide direct treatment or supervised therapy activities.

+ Complete required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and letters of medical necessity.

+ Train staff and caregivers in communication programs, adaptive equipment use and feeding protocols.

What We’re Looking For

+ Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology program recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation

+ Current NYS licensure (or eligibility/limited permit for CFY candidates)

+ ASHA certification preferred

+ Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively, professionally, and in alignment with person-centered values.
