    Position Summary:The primary therapist provides mental health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapies for persons with mental illness. Treatment is provided in the context of a clinical team, supervised by the staff psychiatrist. Provide superior customer service.Key Responsibilities:• Provides initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload.• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy.• Participates functionally as a member of an interdisciplinary team in coordination and delivery of patient care.• Communicates with relevant internal and external care providers to complete ongoing assessment and to coordinate care.• Participates in and incorporates professional supervision and ongoing education toward quality care.• Completes all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.• Maintains a full caseload, meeting productivity requirements and seeks to keep the incidence of failed appointments to a minimum.• Utilizes efficient computer skills for electronic documentation.• Must obtain licensure or permit in a timely manner.• Off-site and in-home delivery of services to clients and families. Desired Attributes:• Compassionate, warm and patient focused.• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.• Ability to multitask, plan and balance multiple responsibilities.• Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred.Minimum Qualifications:• Masters Degree in Human Services field required.New Graduates:• Official transcript from accredited school or letter emailed directly from the school’s registrar’s office confirming program completion will be accepted upon graduation.• Primary source education verification required within 90 days of start date.Required Licensure/Certification:• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT license or permit required within 1 year of hire

    S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    $54,800.00 - $66,420.00

    The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
