    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse** to work at a facility in **Utica, NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **$100 Sign-On Bonus**

     

    **Pay Rate:** $45 / hour

    *W2

    Shift details:

    + Day Shift – 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    + Evening Shift – 3:55 p.m. to 11:55 p.m.

    + Night Shift – 11:45 p.m. to 7:45 a.m.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

    + A valid and current LPN license issued within the US

    + A valid and current CPR card

    + Experience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

    + Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

    + Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

    + Maintain accurate patient medical records

    + Provide companionship and basic care to patients

    + Administer prescribed medications to patients
