Print Production Technician

Type: Onsite | Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Technician to produce high-quality graphics and tailored products that meet

specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role involves precise measurements, accurate printing and cutting, and ensuring exceptional quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace with all tools, components, and machinery accounted for and in good condition.

+ Verify art proofs against print-ready files, confirm quantities and alignment, and prepare files for RIP processing.

+ Understand project requirements fully before execution and communicate effectively with other departments.

+ Transfer prints to fabric and apply vinyl to substrates with precision, avoiding waste, creases, bubbles, or distortions.

+ Measure structures and fabrics accurately, calculate cuts, and produce tailored materials with no rework.

+ Perform accurate cutting, sewing, and assembly of final products, ensuring quality and specification compliance.

+ Apply laminates cleanly and correctly and conduct thorough quality control checks.

+ Assemble and disassemble graphic builds, banner stands, and modular products, adhering to safety and show regulations.

+ Assist with larger manufacturing builds as needed.

Qualifications

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications precisely.

+ Experience with graphic production processes, including printing, cutting, vinyl application, and sewing.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

+ Comfortable with physical tasks such as assembly and disassembly of display structures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
