Are you a skilled Behavioral Aide ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals with ABA experience to support children and adults with special needs in reaching their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

+ Work directly with clients to support learning and behavior goals

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other specialists

+ Help create a safe, fun, and empowering environment

? What You Need:

+ ABA experience (required!)

+ High school diploma or GED

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)

+ Must meet all local, state, and federal requirements

+ Must be 18 or older

Pay: $23+/hr, depending on experience
