    Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting

    Start Date: ASAP – June 30, 2026

    Schedule: Part-time (starting at 6 hours/week) with potential to increase to full-time (up to 35 hours/week). Flexible schedule creation.

     

    Contract Length: 36 weeks

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations in a school setting. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges. The BCBA acts as a clinical teacher, educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery to ensure quality outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations

    + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

    + Provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers

    + Monitor and supervise behavioral service delivery

    + Ensure compliance with professional standards and applicable regulations

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field

    + Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs in schools

    + Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
