    CTG is seeking to fill a Client Support Specialist Associate opening for our client. This position is often the first point of contact for clients seeking help with WISD products and services. The role blends technical troubleshooting, operational processing, and high-touch customer service.

     

    **Location:** Wilmington, DE

    **Duration:** 3 months

     

    Overview

     

    The Client Support Specialist is part of the Premier Services team within Shared Services. This role provides day-to-day support to both internal partners and external clients, with a strong focus on helping users access online systems, troubleshoot login issues, and complete account-related tasks. You’ll handle a mix of technical questions, operational requests, and general problem-solving to make sure clients get what they need quickly and with a positive experience.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Assist clients with login support, password resets, and navigation across WISD online portals.

    + Set up and maintain retail banking accounts for Global Capital Markets (GCM) and other internal groups.

    + Process funds transfers, fee refund requests, and other transactional activities.

    + Provide informational support for specific GCM deals and manage client privacy preference updates.

    + Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and service tickets, ranging from straightforward questions to more involved issues.

    + Serve as a liaison between clients, relationship teams, and internal operations to resolve problems smoothly.

    + Follow department standards for service quality and communication.

    + Participate in projects and system enhancements, including independent testing of new releases.

    + Support the creation and maintenance of procedures, documentation, and audit-ready records.

    + Recognize and escalate risk-related issues when appropriate, following company policies and controls.

    + Contribute to a team culture that reflects the company brand and supports diversity.

    + Complete additional duties as needed.

    Required Qualifications

    + Associate degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR a combined 5 years of education and related experience.

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Confident problem-solver with solid customer service experience.

    + Comfortable working in a team environment.

    + Experience with word processing and spreadsheet tools.

    + Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    + Ability to manage time and prioritize under pressure.

    + Experience supporting online applications.

    + Familiarity with bank systems, processes, and culture.

    + Strong attention to detail.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
