    Overview

     

    We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to help build and operationalize a next-generation AI-enabled Health Cloud Platform. This platform will support intelligent clinical and pharmacy solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Process Automation using Computer Using Agents, and Fine-tuned Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models with domain-specific vector databases. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and data engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that are scalable, secure, and impactful in real-world healthcare settings.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI models for clinical and pharmacy applications.

    + Build and fine-tune RAG pipelines using healthcare-specific data and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).

    + Implement LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding strategies for domain specific use cases.

    + Integrate RPA and intelligent CU agents to automate clinical and pharmacy workflows.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are HIPAA-compliant, secure, and production-ready.

    + Contribute to ML Ops pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

    + Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial AI tools and APIs.

    + Document and share best practices for AI/ML development in a regulated healthcare environment.

    Qualifications

    + 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on healthcare or life sciences.

    + Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered clinical and pharmacy products.

    + Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.

    + Strong experience in leveraging LLMs via AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic etc.

    + Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments and understanding of data privacy and security best practices.

    + Experience with multi-agent systems or autonomous AI agents.

    + Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, RxNorm, SNOMED CT, and healthcare data standards.

    + Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).

    + Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    + Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

    + Background in clinical decision support systems (CDSS) or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).

    + Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and their integration with AI systems.

    + Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.

    + Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or participation in AI competitions (e.g., Kaggle).

    + Travel up to 25%
