Overview
Accelerate Intuit’s growth as the Head of Revenue Operations for the Workforce business. This pivotal leadership role will define and scale how we drive operational excellence, optimize sales performance, and accelerate revenue across our Workforce portfolio.
You will lead a newly created team and serve as a trusted partner to senior sales leaders — shaping strategy, driving execution, and enabling data-driven decisions that fuel growth. Responsibilities
How You’ll Make an Impact
Strategic Leadership
Lead and build the newly created Revenue Operations team for the Workforce business.
Serve as a trusted business partner to the Director of Workforce Sales and leadership team, influencing key priorities and shaping strategic direction.
Provide thought leadership on sales operational excellence to accelerate revenue growth.
Operational Excellence
Drive the operating cadence and manage key communications for the Director of Workforce Sales.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution to deliver measurable impact.
Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and optimize sales performance.
Data & Insights
Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights to sales teams through Salesforce and other tools.
Proactively identify and resolve critical issues and dependencies using data-driven analysis.
Build clear, consistent performance metrics and dashboards that guide decisions and highlight growth opportunities.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience** **in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or Revenue/Sales Operations.
Proven track record of enabling growth through close partnership with customer-facing and sales teams.
Strong preference for experience with workforce or financial products.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills** **— able to translate complex data into insights that influence senior executives.
Deep understanding of** **Salesforce and related sales tools** **, with demonstrated ability to leverage process and data to optimize sales performance.
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Agile, adaptable, and comfortable driving clarity amid change.
Excellent collaborator and influencer, skilled at building relationships and gaining buy-in across matrixed organizations.
