    The **Lentivirus Operations Project Lead** will play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing site and portfolio project execution. They will lead key initiatives from idea to implementation and ensure ongoing alignment with cross-functional stakeholders on changing or improving activities that impact Lentivirus manufacturing. This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of project management for assigned initiatives including change control and change management responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Function as the Project Lead for strategic initiatives within Lentivirus Operations scope.

    + Employ outstanding project management methodologies, including chartering, prioritizing, and developing, while coordinating within the Lenti Virus Operations platform project plan.

    + Lead impactful project teams to achieve project objectives within scope, timely, and within budget.

    + Employ robust stakeholder management, particularly within Technical and Supply Chain SMEs.

    + Successfully coordinate with and manage vendors, consultants, and external partners in scope of assigned projects

    + Ensure clear visibility of all assigned projects to Lenti Virus Operations LT and key stakeholders.

    + Communicate project interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

    + Address and prioritize projects and problem statements requiring attention in the future, ensuring approval and alignment for all high risk problem areas

    + Create business processes, leverage existing resources, and implement training/change management to ensure project and business process implementation

    + Cross-train with peers to develop manufacturing and technical knowledge to agilely support tactical business needs

    + Quickly learn and ingest the complexities of advanced therapies manufacturing including the dynamic nature of aseptic manufacturing

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + Minimum of a Bachelor’s University degree is required, preferably with a focus in Engineering or Supply Chain

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    + Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience

    + PMP, FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications or similar credentials

    + Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence and partnership

    + Experience working with cross functional teams

    + Proficient written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    Preferred:

    + Knowledge of best practices related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products - specifically Lentivirus, Biologics, and Aseptic Manufacturing

    + Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and experience recommending process improvements to enhance program quality and cost

    + Experience in risk management, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

    Other:

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, domestic and international

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $94,000 to $152,000

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
