    Pay Rate: $24.96 – $26.52

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Lead is responsible for receiving materials in SAP, and accurate handling of materials within the warehouse upon entry while preparing orders for shipment. Must be able to work as a team member in cooperative fashion in order to operate as efficiently as possible, and to think of ways to support the continuous improvement process.

    Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Unloading, put away, picking, inventory management, packaging, and loading of product.

    + Ensure all trucks are properly unloaded and loaded, and that all safety procedures are followed during these processes.

    + Receiving PO’s in SAP, preparing loads for export, preparing packing lists in SAP, communicating with Account Managers and Project Managers along the way.

    + Responsible for monitoring inventory related to customer orders to ensure the correct material is on hand.

    + Work closely with Sales and Project Management to communicate order lead times and resolve customer complaints.

    + Promote and support Culture of Zero Initiatives.

    + Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High school graduate or equivalent required.

    + 3 years of direct shipping experience required.

    + Experienced in SAP Data Entry - receiving, packing, inventory management, etc.

    + Must have basic computer skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office programs; Adobe PDF.

    + Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to function and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operating environment is critical.

    + Must be able to interface and communicate effectively within the organization, with business units throughout the company, and with partners across the supply chain.

    + Carpentry experience preferred (building boxes & skids for export).

    + Good work and attendance record.

    + Physical requirements such as heavy lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time involved.

    + Must be able to qualify as a licensed forklift operator.
