    **Pennsylvania Mentor** **,** **a part of the Sevita family** **,** provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well.     Direct Support Professional

    **Location:** New Eagle, PA

    **Hours:** Day/Overnight (7pm-9:30am Mon; 7am-7pm Thurs/Fri)38.5hr

    **Pay Rate:** $16/hour

     

    On-Demand Pay Available/Paid Training

     

    Various Sites throughout Washington, Fayette, Greene, and Westmoreland counties, Pennsylvania

     

    - Some homes require prior IDD behavioral experience.

    NO CHHA Certification required

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

    **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required

    **Experience:** Prior experience in human services preferred

    - Prior IDD behavioral care experience preferred

    **Skills:** Communication, Multi-tasking, Active Listening

    **Behaviors:** Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

    **Vehicle:** Valid Standard Driver's license with 1+ years driving experience
