    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help grow our the clients new intelligence platform and expand into new businesses and customers. This role focuses on designing AI-driven insights experiences built on the clients system, uniting several areas of the business. You’ll work closely with existing UX team members while owning your design landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    Deliver high-quality UX designs using Figma and design systems

     

    Create intuitive, responsive experiences for enterprise-level users (executives, general managers, owners)

     

    Design for AI-driven journeys, dynamic data, and conversational interfaces

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in high-level meetings

     

    Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable experiences

     

    Conduct UX research to inform design decisions

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experienced (8–12 years) in UX design for enterprise platforms

     

    Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

     

    Skilled in data visualization, responsive design, and pixel-perfect execution

     

    Excited about designing for AI and dynamic data-driven experiences

     

    Collaborative, professional, and adaptable Experience with e-commerce flows

     

    Familiarity with AI-driven search and chat

     

    Ability to mentor junior designers
