UW Medical Center - Montlake** has an outstanding leadership opportunity for an **Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3)** to join our **Medical Oncology / Blood Marrow Transplant / Immunotherapy unit.
WORK SCHEDULE
+ 90% FTE
+ Night shifts
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
7NE is a 30-bed unit specializing in the care of blood/marrow transplant (BMT), Heme-Onc and Immunotherapy patients. The acuity of patients fosters a collaborative team environment with charge nurses managing care and the unit also participates in cutting-edge research.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrolled in BSN program
+ At least two years of current or recent Oncology nursing experience
+ Charge nurse experience, preceptor experience and/or leadership experience
+ Strong communication skills
+ Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
+ ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
+ ACLS preferred
