### Job Duties

A General Construction Laborer position is available, with a focus on water and fire damage repair. This role involves assisting with various tasks across different construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting successful project completion.

• Assist with site prep

• Operate basic tools and machinery

• Load, unload, and move materials as directed

• Keep the worksite clean and safe

• Follow supervisor’s instructions

• Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting

• Work outdoors in all weather

• Maintain strong work ethic and safety focus

• Have reliable transportation

• Pay close attention to detail

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Be dependable and punctual

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Minimum age: 18

• Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable with ladders and working at heights

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Capable of working independently or in a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Background check required
