Your Opportunity

The Construction Administrator will provide technical support both in the field and in the office for projects in the construction phase.The ideal candidate will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase and will work closely with the Quality Control and Project Manager in reviewing both quality and constructability.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for assisting the team with site observations and reports, OAC meeting participation, document reviews, RFI and Submittal reviews, schedule performance, change management and other documentation.

- Working at an active construction site;

- Document review, constructability overview, project documentation and coordination with design team.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

- Works well with others as a collaborator and team player as well as within groups of various sizes and dynamics;

- Strong background in design and construction;

- Previous field experience;

- Acute awareness and consciousness of maintaining safety while on job sites;

- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel;

- Experience with Online Collaborative Project Management (OCPM) software (Procore, Constructware, E-Builder, etc.) and/or Project Indexing/ FTP Integration software (Newforma, Egnyte, Fieldwire, etc.) is a plus.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is preferred (not required);

5+ years of experience working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners;

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
