Overview
Join a team of professionals working across all digital channels and media for a high profile automotive client. The Associate Creative Director will report to a Creative Director (Copy) and lead the design and art direction crafts for one of our Website Operations teams and work across multiple automotive brand websites. The Associate Creative Director will also mentor and push a team of Designers and Art Directors. In addition to website channel responsibilities, the Associate Creative Director will collaborate with creative leaders across different brands and channels for campaigns and proposals. This is a client-facing role and part of a larger team spread all over the globe.
Responsibilities
+ Take lead in art execution and exhibit strong key visual development
+ Concept and execute design and art direction of content, product pages, campaigns and campaign partnerships for web
+ Leverage regulated AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations
+ Support and lead creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept execution
+ Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
+ Assist Creative Director in research and presentation materials
+ Collaborate with Product team to innovate and evolve Design System that powers the brand websites
+ Lead production of ideas and coach junior talent as needed
+ Present work both externally and internally
+ Oversee other creative staff as needed
+ Exhibit strong strategic sense, offer feedback and challenge creative briefs to strengthen them
+ Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them as appropriate
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school Degree
+ 7+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agency
+ Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates art direction and design
+ Full awareness and understanding of digital landscape including website design, mobile experience and social media
+ Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
+ Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
+ Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool

Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
