Overview
As Associate Director of Client Operations, this leader drives the day-to-day management of the client operations team, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction for our clients. The AD shapes and enacts efficient processes and best practices tailored to client success, while serving as an expert problem-solver and collaborator across capability leads and client teams.
Responsibilities
+ Commercials: Work with the US Client Lead on SOW Management, including resource planning and staff management.
+ Leadership & Team Management: Oversee the client operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high service standards and professional growth.
+ Process Improvement: Develop, refine, and implement operational processes and best practices aimed at optimizing client satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and quality assurance.
+ Utilize AI technology to create team efficiencies.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Capability leads, Strategy Leads, Global Counterparts, and Client teams to coordinate resources and align operational priorities with overall business goals.
+ Strategic Problem Solving: Address client and internal challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, balancing client needs with organizational capabilities.
+ Change Management: Lead initiatives to introduce, communicate, and embed new processes, technologies, or service enhancements across the client operations organization.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a senior point of contact for escalated client matters, fostering trust and ensuring prompt resolution of complex operational issues.
+ Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and monitor team performance, providing leadership with regular updates on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact.
+ Budget Oversight: Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Risk and Compliance Management: Identify potential risks to client projects and ensure adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations.
+ Continuous Learning: Stay informed of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the operations team remains innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in media operations, client management, or a related role.
+ Strong understanding of media industry dynamics and trends.
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client service.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $127,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
