At Wegmans, our fleet maintenance technicians repair and perform preventative maintenance on trailers and other equipment within our commercial fleet, ensuring our transportation equipment is professionally and safely maintained. In this role, you will work hands-on with our top-of-line equipment, with opportunities to continually grow including additional certifications and on-the-job training.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform preventative maintenance on trailer and refrigeration units
+ Repair and troubleshoot trailer and refrigeration units
+ Learn to install and operate telematics programs
+ Maintain Wegmans high standards of quality at all times
+ Gain advanced certifications for continuous learning

Requirements
+ 1 year of automotive or heavy-duty mechanical experience, or successful completion of automotive internship or technical training program
+ Commitment to safety-first environment
+ Basic automotive tools
+ Attention to detail with basic problem-solving skills
+ Valid New York State driver's license
