    Description

    This Entrepreneur role drives operational excellence within Corporate Services by delivering data-driven insights and process improvements that support enterprise objectives. Responsibilities include managing accurate information flows, developing reports that influence strategic decisions, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. Acting as a cross-functional resource, the position contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and fosters collaboration across teams.

     

    Primary responsibilities include

     

    + Deliver actionable insights by analyzing data and preparing reports that inform business strategies and operational decisions.

    + Optimize processes within Corporate Shared Services to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.

    + Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate information flows to support compliance and performance tracking.

    + Collaborate and build relationships cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and executing enhancements to workflows and systems.

    + Contribute to strategic projects that drive transformation and operational excellence across multiple business functions.

     

    Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

     

    + 1–2 years in an office, operations, or business support environment (internships or part-time roles acceptable)

    + Excellent PowerPoint skills

    + Familiarity with data entry and reporting tools; willingness to learn Procurement systems (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    + Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn.

    + Clear and professional communication.

    + Collaborative team player.

    + Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships

    + Accountability – Takes ownership of tasks and delivers on commitments.

    + Adaptability – Responds positively to changing priorities and business needs.

    + Work Schedule: M - F
