Organization & Team Overview
Our team is responsible for revenue growth and product penetration in assigned complex large scale multi-dwelling properties/communities by working with internal teams to ensure service is available to every customer moving into a new development prior to their move-in date, building partnerships with developers, builders and sales agents and leverage these partnerships to open marketing channels to these new residents with the goal of selling company services.
This organization is built on two pillars: Business Development, which drives expansion and customer growth across residential and commercial segments; and Communities, which focuses on increasing subscribers and revenue within multi-dwelling units, universities, and healthcare facilities.

As an intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of connectivity—partnering with developers, builders, and sales agents to ensure our services are available before residents even move in. You’ll help open new marketing channels, drive product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth in large-scale developments.

In your role, you will optimize serviceability for new residents, build strategic partnerships, drive product penetration in complex communities, use data to drive decisions, and improve customer onboarding experience to bridge the gap between development and operations.
Where can this student make an impact?
You will be working to accelerate service readiness, support outreach efforts and strengthen developer and builder relationships, contribute fresh ideas to targeted campaign approach aimed at residents in multi-dwelling units, universities, and healthcare facilities – boosting product penetration and brand visibility. Analyze subscriber trends and community demographics to help reduce friction and increase conversion. Innovate the customer journey to improve onboarding processed and support strategic growth initiatives working across both Bus Dev and Communities.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
+ Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2027)
+ Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
+ Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 1 through August 14, 2026
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
