Your Responsibilities
As a **Senior Office Administrator** for the **Turf & Compact Utility Business Unit** located in **Cary** , **NC** you will research, resolve, and respond to inquiries/concerns from employees and internal and/or external customers. In addition, you will:
+ Escalate complex issues for resolution as appropriate.
+ Coordinate agendas, notes, distribution lists, and related materials for staff meetings, employee communications, and other internal gatherings as deemed necessary.
+ Organize and execute key events that require scheduling across multiple stakeholders, coordination with facility and IT management, arrangement of catering, and communication to employees.
+ Gather, create, maintain and/or summarize potentially sensitive or confidential data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects. Distribute information as appropriate to department members or internal stakeholders

What Skills You Need
+ 5 or more years of demonstrated experience in an administrative role or equivalent function
+ Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools.
+ Experience writing, formatting, and editing effective business communications for internal and external audiences.
+ Ability to maintain confidential data.
+ Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
+ Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a business, administrative, or clerical discipline or equivalent experience required
+ Master’s degree or other advanced education in a relevant field is highly desirable and considered a strong asset
