    As Regional Clinic Manager, you will:

    + Oversee operations of twenty nine ambulatory clinics, eight Clinic Administrators and a centralized referral team across multiple clinics, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care and streamlined workflows.

    + Lead, mentor, and support teams of clinic administrators, staff, and providers to deliver the “most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.”

    + Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, and help ensure practices remain fiscally healthy.

    + Implement and monitor operational strategies — from billing and revenue-cycle oversight to compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support multi-site growth, start-ups, or special projects as needed.

     

    What we’re looking for

     

    + Four Year Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field. REQUIRED

    + Significant leadership experience — ideally 5 years in healthcare operations or practice management, with a track record of success managing multiple locations. REQUIRED.

    + Solid knowledge of clinic operations, billing/revenue-cycle management, financial oversight, and regulatory requirements.

    + Excellent communication, decision-making, and team leadership capabilities.

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required . Graduate Degree, preferred.

    + Experience: Five years of successful management experience, required . Physician practice management experience, preferred.
