Hartford HealthCare’s Pharmacy System has grown to include 8 inpatient pharmacies, 6 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and our Ambulatory Care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Oversees the day-to-day management of pharmacy operational and regulatory processes, including functions related to: medication order review, medication storage and preparation, drug distribution, and provision of drug information. Works with clinical leadership to operationalize initiatives. Supports HHC culture by modeling Core values (Integrity, Caring, Excellence, and Safety) and Leadership behaviors. *Licensure / Certification / Registration:* • Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. *Education:* • Doctor of Pharmacy *Work Experience:* • 3 years hospital pharmacist experience required.
