    The Marketing Services team supports multiple business units at GAF and a number of affiliated businesses, supporting multiple brands and product categories through innovative marketing solutions including branding, marketing campaign development, and tactical execution.

    Job Summary

    The Senior Creative Operations Specialist is responsible for establishing and governing the Digital Asset Management System (DAM System) architecture, standards, and user permissions to ensure a single source of truth for all Marketing content.

     

    The Senior Creative Operations Specialist acts as the main point of contact for digital assets. They are responsible for uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets within the DAM (digital asset management) system, as well as designing, developing, and executing training to enable the easy navigation and usage of assets across the company. This candidate will partner with the Creative Services Media Production Team to store the necessary model/location releases and properly indicate usage rights on relevant assets.

     

    The Senior Creative Operations Specialist acts as a secondary System Admin for our Workfront Project Management instance, partnering with the Creative Operations Director on governance and growth initiatives.

    Essential Duties

    + Serve as primary System Administrator for DAM System and secondary System Administrator for Workfront instance

    + Continuously improve our Workfront and DAM instances to be best-in-class implementations

    + Implement best practices to help maintain security/integrity of systems

    + Document photo rights and educate users on usage rights

    + Train users, generating how-to/training videos or documentation

    + Ingesting, organizing/tagging, and maintaining of digital assets

    + Define and grant user permissions and relevant access

    + Engage in process mapping and workflow optimization efforts

    + Build and maintain Workfront intake queues, custom forms, reporting, and dashboards to support daily activities as well as enable regular reporting

    + Demonstrate continuous improvement; analyze potential tool enhancements and requests to determine the best way to develop, build, and maintain a best-in-class solution

    Qualifications Required

    + Bachelor’s Degree required

    + 3+ years relevant professional experience in Digital Asset Management or System Administration; agency experience or experience working in an Agency or Creative Services environment is highly desirable

    + Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

    + Advanced experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems

    + Advanced experience with project management (MWM) systems

    + Experience with photo rights management

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Meticulous, data-driven nature

    + Exceptional organizational skills

    + Familiarity with Google Suite

    Qualifications Preferred

    + Experience communicating within various types of teams, flexing between marketing, creative, and technical vernacular with ease

    + Ability to exercise independent judgment to determine action within defined procedures, practices, and deadlines

    + Ability to stay informed on latest features/software product releases & functionality

    + Quick learner, self-motivated, resourceful, and big-picture problem solver

    + Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

    **Travel Requirements:** Approximately 5% travel

     

    Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

     

    Base Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000
