What You’ll Be Doing

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails, providing clear and helpful solutions.

+ Manage order processes including entry, changes, returns, and monitoring status to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, transportation, and invoicing.

+ Build strong relationships with customers and Key Account Managers through regular communication and meetings.

+ Provide reports and updates as needed, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $53,000- $65,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
